Story of Healthy Girls® Breast Oil

Motivated by her sister’s struggle with breast cancer, and a request from a clinical thermographer to create a breast oil, Joyce researched which oils to use in the blend.
She found clinical studies that showed high amounts of the monoterpene D’limonene, in certain essential oils stopped and regressed abnormal cell growth.
Healthy Girls® Breast Oil applied with a loving self-lymphatic breast massage stimulates
the immune system, softens breast tissue, decreases pain and tenderness, while nurturing
and protecting breast tissue.
Clinical Research
In 1997, University Indiana-Purdue had done clinical studies which show that “monoterpenes, especially d-limonene, found in large quantity in certain essential oils, have anti tumor activity.” They improve the liver’s ability to break down carcinogens by increasing the amount of liver enzymes, stimulate abnormal cell death and multiplication of abnormal cells.
Another study from the Dept of Human Oncology, University of Wisconsin-Madison stated that the monoterpene d-limonene found in large quantities in certain therapeutic essential oils has been shown to prevent abnormal cells from developing, and also a regression of abnormal cells when added to the diet. Applying to the skin with an effective carrier is the means for essential oils to be added to the diet. Essential oils do their work in the circulatory system.
Benefits of Healthy Girls® Breast Oil Ingredients
Clear Jojoba Oil
Light and silky feeling, Jojoba unclogs the pores, leaving the skin free from impurities. Jojoba Oil is highly absorbent with anti-inflammatory properties. It adds vitamin E naturally, stimulating blood circulation and skin elasticity. It helps heal scars. Jojoba, pronounced “ho-ho-ba” is a liquid wax, which resembles the sebum of our skin. Jojoba Oil is a beautiful moisturizer, often found in quality skin care and cosmetic products and is suitable for all skin types.
High quality therapeutic essential oils are chosen, each with a specific purpose, and work synergistically to improve breast health.
Lemon improves the immune system, and aids lymphatic cleansing. It is rich in D-Limonene and promotes leukocyte formation in the liver for purification. Lemon is invigorating and used to cleanse the skin, dissolve cellulite, and soothe broken capillaries.
Sweet Orange is rich in D-limonene, extensively studied for its ability to combat tumor growth. It improves the immune system and promotes tissue repair. Sweet Orange is uplifting bringing joy and happiness to the heart and reduces depression.
Lavender aids in balancing the body systems, physically and emotionally. It aids in relaxing the nerves, relieve headaches, reduce high blood pressure, and heart irregularity. It improves skin conditions and offers cellular repair quickly.
Geranium balances skin, circulatory and emotional conditions by helping regenerate tissue and nerves. It opens the liver to discharge toxins.
Frankincense is also very rich in monoterpenes to help strengthen the immune system. It contains sequiterpenes to go beyond the blood brain barrier, where it adds significant oxygen to all the cells and glands. It increases leukocyte activity to ward off infection.
Nerolina is soothing, softening and slows the aging process. With a warm, fresh, floral, mildly woody scent, it is antibacterial, antifungal and synergizes beautifully with the other oils.
Marjoram aids to warm the body, ease congestion in tissues which can be a cause of pain. Folklore called it the “Joy of the Mountains”, as it was calming and relaxing and increased longevity.
Rose Damascena enhances the frequency of every cell, stimulates and elevates the mind, offers emotional balance, and aids in circulation. It is beautiful for the skin, bringing total well being and unconditional love to the body.
Healthy Girls® Breast Oil is always packed in blue glass because plastic can degrade the quality.
Lady Lymph
The lymph system supports every system in the body, including the immune, digestive, detoxification and nervous systems. We have twice as much lymph fluid in your body as blood. The lymph system’s primary function is to isolate infection and cellular debris from the rest of the body and deal with it. Much of the vascular fluid, waste, and all of the live infection is picked up by tiny lymph vessels.
The lymphatic system has no central pump but depends on muscle contraction as in the diaphragm with deep breathing, and manual manipulation as in massage, to move fluid to circulate and drain it from our body.
Think of the lymph like a river. A healthy river runs clean and clear. If lymph fluid is blocked in one lymph node it will usually take a detour, but when blockage is extreme it can cause the lymph fluid to back up and cause swelling in the surrounding tissue, lymph edema, joint pain, nausea and fatigue, cold and flu symptoms, infections, headaches, migraines, cramping, arthritis, fibromyalgia, mental fuzziness, GI issues, depression, parasites and skin breakouts.
Lymphatic Breast Massage Techniques
Phluffing is a technique conceived by a breast care advocate and lecturer, Cheryl Chapman, RN LMT www.cherylchapman.com It is a safe, gentle movement given to the breasts at least twice a day, moving the lymph to bring T cells which protect from cancer cells, viruses, bacteria and other toxins.
Loving Lymphatic Self Breast Massage
Giving our Girls a loving lymphatic massage every day not only moves the lymph, but it is healing
in every way. Women find that this massage reduces breast pain, inflammation, lumps, cysts,
fibrocystic breast tissue, relieves PMS breast symptoms, and even reduces fear of having breast
cancer. What a beautiful fun way to “get to know our girls.”
1. Start with the lymph in the neck and gently stroke down to the top of the collar bone.
2. Feel the hollow spot above the collar bone and gently stretch the skin from the shoulder toward
the center of the body. This opens the lymph passages before it empties into the circulatory
system.
3.Spray Healthy Girls Breast Oil into your hands and rub together. 4. Start with gentle massage strokes from the nipple away from the center all around your breast. 5. Under your arm, gently stretch the skin straight up into the armpit. You may feel tenderness.
Gently pump 6-10 times until the tenderness disappears.
6. Support your breast with one hand and gently move your entire breast toward the armpit with a stretch and release action 6-10 times.
7.With one hand supporting your breast, gently move your breast towards the center of the body, again with a stretch and release action 6-10 times. 8.Focus on a flat palm on the top of your breast and gently massage upward as you stretch a and release 6-10 times.
9. Press the nipple a few times and as if you are beeping a horn. Love and laugh with this fun technique while you are moving the lymph around your breast.
Repeat each step 6-10 times with the other breast.
Using Healthy Girls® Breast Oil with Phluffing or lymphatic massage can decrease tenderness, pain and soften breast tissue.
